Boltonia asteroides

False aster erupts into clouds of white, daisy-like flowers in late summer and stays in bloom until frost. Its flowers host many pollinators, including butterflies, bees, and beetles. Unlike some species of true asters, False aster does not spread aggressively. Tolerates wet areas and is a good addition to a rain garden.
